While living in Charlottenburg, Berlin, I came across several shops. As they shared their personal stories, the camera focused on their hands at work. A story starts with a piece of clothing and ends when the repair is finished. The narrative is divided into two versions. The first part highlights the interviewers’ gestures without faces, which is an explicit form of expression. The second part focuses on spectators. I tried to transform the subtle dynamic of the story into real behaviour and project it onto the spectators.
