Yuanxu Wang
I am deeply fascinated by the mechanisms through which education and mass media shape and reshape human behavior. Through artwork and research, I seek to explore how ideologies express themselves and influence people. Within educational contexts, mass media, and the theatre of everyday interactions, the way and form of speaking sometimes impacts human behavior more profoundly than the spoken content itself. At times, forms of expression even contradict their content—actively, or passively without intention. This dialectic is the core of my practice.
